Captivated by leadership principles and team building strategies, Aaron has has been involved in various opportunities that have led to the success as an executive coach and team builder.  

His background in team building has best been exercised in the non-profit, educational, and corporate fields. As a business owner and a Birkman-Certified consultant, Aaron strongly believes that a relationship with leaders and their teams is the foundation for any successful coaching experience.

Aaron's academic background consists of a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity Western University, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta, and a Master of Business Administration from Lansbridge University. Furthermore, Aaron is currently working toward completing his Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a Specialization in Project Management at Capella University.

As a Birkman-certified consultant of Mentor Matrix in Toronto, Canada he travels both nationally and internationally adding value to leaders and teams. Aaron has had opportunities to add value to business owners and leaders in Insurance, Retail, Real-Estate, Graduate Schools, Charitable, Banking Institutions, and Marketing Media; including those found in the 2008 Canada’s Top 100 Profit companies.  With his recent book currently being published he continues to write, speak and has offered executive coaching in Canada, United States, Europe and Asia.
