The Birkman Method ® is a powerful tool that identifies a person’s passions, behaviours, motivations and interest. There are 2 unique distinctives of this Assessment. The first, is it's comprehensiveness in helping people understand their stress behaviour and what they need to do to manage it. The second, is identifying the ideal environment where a person will be the most successful and effective.

If you would like to have a certified Birkman Consultant on your team, or to use Birkman as part of your coaching business, join us for a certification course. The courses are 3 days, with some prep and follow up work required. The Signature Certification course is ICF accredited.
