In Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of Team, he writes that the number one dysfunction is the Lack of Trust. During this time of Covid-19, staff are desperately looking for hope and perspective. They are drawn to those who will establish, build and maintain genuine trust and we do this through transparency.

Key Points:

-Leaders need to bear vulnerability and pain, rather than inflicting it on others.

-This is the ability to process their own fears without raising anxiety in others.
