Chapter 3 - Part 2

As I mentioned earlier, Chapter 3 focuses on the necessity of leading through transparency. The following are 5 Competencies which a Leadership Team needs to focus on and install in their organization.

- Possesses a genuine concern for others

- Possessing compassion, patience, and concern as the first order of business

- Ability to over communicate with a new degree of openness

- Ability to lead people who are working through the stages of grief (Elisabeth Kubler-Ross)

- Ability to have candid and compassionate conversations
