Chapter 4 - Part 2

As I mentioned earlier, Chapter 4 focuses on the importance of Stewardship of Financial Resources. The following are four Competencies which a Leadership Team needs to focus on and instil in their organization.

- Ensure there is financial success through effective management

- Ability to make the decision and effectively follow through in implementation

- Ability to be creative in seeking new thinking for the utilization of talent

- Ability to over-communicate
